This class is an opportunity to experiment with watercolor plus pen and ink. Some weeks the emphasis will be on pen and ink with splashes of color and other weeks more in depth watercolor studies. The goal is to have fun while experimenting and trust the process. My approach encourages loose and lively painting. Subject matter will vary from still lifes, to landscapes, to animals; and even people if students are interested. I will introduce concepts and give demos at the beginning of each class, along with individual instruction throughout. This course is open to students of all levels, experience helpful but not required.
